• JOB TITLE: Desktop Technician I
  JOB SUMMARY: Entry level position that serves as tier two support for the help desk, assisting in the connectivity of desktop workstations and peripherals onto the campus communications network; providing consulting, troubleshooting, product evaluations, training, and documentation; and providing general technical expertise and training to end users in the use of desktop computers.
